No franchise agreement or exclusivity imposed on our brand… We therefore choose to expose ourselves every day to the risk of being replaced by a competitor. This forces us to work hard to remain your preferred tea supplier.
Our small traditional tea company on a human scale is making progress every day and our team is ready to listen to your needs so that we can move on together.
A turnkey promotional offer!
We offer you a system of turnkey packages of boxes ready to be sold.
Available in several sizes and customizable, these packages include:
- The selected references already packaged in our metal presentation boxes, ready to be installed in your shop.
- All the accessories for sale in the shop: packaging (boxes, bags, labels), demonstration test tubes...
When your first order arrives in your store, all you have to do is put it on the shelf and start selling. There is no minimum order for restocking.

We also offer FREE TRAINING to all of our retailers and their staff (sales personnel or servers).

- Visit to and support from our concept store in Lyon.
- Communication supports (blog, social networks) shared with you by our COM team to enhance your own pages. Our Marketing Manager, Charly, will also work with you directly to create your own sales material (posters, flyers, notification of events, etc.), personalised with the 2 logos.
Want to create your own brand of tea?
We offer you the possibility to work in white label on teas and herbal teas:
- Bulk teas: custom recipes (8 kg minimum).
- Teas packaged in doypacks: creation of recipes, blends and packaging.
- Individual pyramid range: overwrapped (from 5000 pieces/reference) or not (from 1000 pieces/reference).

Are you a renowned hotel, a hotel boutique, gastronomic/semi-gastronomic restaurant or bistro ?
Would you like to offer a modern, premium tea brand for breakfast buffet, at the end of a meal or at traditional tea-time? Choose your favourites from over 200 recipes and add them to your menu. We also offer a 17-product BISTROT range in individual, biodegradable pyramids, suitable for compost (manufactured in our Renaison workshop).
We can offer you the necessary equipment to meet the needs of the modern gastronomic catering industry with no additional constraints.
In short, 2 ranges of teas and herbal teas to meet your requirements :
- The Gastronomic line : loose teas and herbal teas to be served in teapots. A preparation that respects tradition whilst adjusting to the trends of urban life in 2019 !
- The Bistrot line : ecological pyramid sachets produced in our workshop that release all the flavours and preserve the quality to which we are fully committed. Ideal for breakfast buffets.

FBKT is your partner of choice when it comes to opening an independent boutique. Like you, we’re independent craftsmen, and we understand the issues you face. We put our know-how and expertise to work for you.
Often first-time entrepreneurs, regularly undergoing professional retraining, those who set up their own delicatessen do not find any support for their project.
With no distribution contract, by partnering with FBKT, you can build up your independence and autonomy, while benefiting from the advantages of a franchised company, particularly in terms of communication (flyers, packaging, etc.).
Example :
Tea houses often make the mistake of working on single-concept projects. However, a multi-activity or extended product range (tea/coffee/groceries) can stabilize and smooth business, whatever the season. That’s why we recommend that you market this extended product range to your future customers, even if FBKT products account for a minority of sales in the end.
The essential steps for a delicatessen creator/entrepreneur :
- Acquire the necessary skills
- Draw up a market study and business plan
- Choose a promising concept
- Plan financing
- Select a suitable legal structure
- Find the ideal premises
- Draw up an effective communication plan

- Tea and Coffee” technical training
- Support in product selection (from our own range, but also from other products already available in our stores)
- Review of your market study + review or preparation of your detailed 1 to 5-year business plan
- In-store sales training
- Tips and tricks to save you time and simplify your daily life (organization, order preparation, delicatessen sales). This course also includes feedback from our in-store customers (opinions, improvements to be made, interior layout adapted according to feedback, etc.).
Cost :
2500 €, deductible from your set-up order (80-tea pack = 3500 € and coffee starter pack 1500 €)
Commitments :
No commitments on your part! We don’t ask for product exclusivity.
It’s up to us to make you appreciate our collaboration and our products.
However, FBKT undertakes not to put you in competition with other sellers in your geographical area.
The only condition for our agreement is that you do not set up in an area already occupied by one of our independent customers.
